Return & Exchange

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your product we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price in the country in which the product was purchased, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days (Australia) / 45 days (International) from the date of purchase. 

If exchanging, please enclose a pre-paid envelope for us to return the replacement item to you.

  1. You must provide your name and address.
  2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
  3. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached. All original packaging must also be included.
  4. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding postage and handling charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above.

For your security, we recommend you use an insured or tracked parcel service for your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for products that we do not ship. Please retain a copy of this information upon returning your products to:

FAULTY PRODUCT

All items go through a rigorous quality control process before and during the manufacturing process. They are further subjected to quality inspections before any item is posted out. All items are handled with care to ensure that it gets to you in great condition.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 30 days (Australia) / 45 days (International) of purchase.
